Wounds UK’s clinical editor Jacqui Fletcher was awarded an OBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours

A little over a year ago, Wounds UK’s clinical editor Jacqui Fletcher was awarded an Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the Queen’s Birthday Honours. Jacqui received the award for services to Wound Care Management, at a ceremony at Windsor Castle this week.

As well as our clinical editor for Wounds UK, Jacqui is the Clinical Lead for the Pressure Ulcer Workstream of the National Wound Care Strategy Programme, and a leading authority on pressure ulcers. It’s great to see both Jacqui and wound care getting the recognition they deserve.
