Congratulations to Dr Una Adderley, Lecturer in Community Nursing in Leeds, on her appointment as Director of the new National Wound Care Strategy by the Academic Health Science Networks (AHSN). Dr Adderley is the brains behind the recent NHS England Chronic Wounds Work Streams Initiative and Legs Matter! Campaign. She is also a trustee of the Tissue Viability Society and a Queen’s Nurse. Dr Adderley will join the AHSN on a secondment and will be based in Yorkshire & Humber from September. Congratulations Una!
